At times the world unexpectedly delivers us difficult circumstances and unwanted disappointments ushering in seasons of relational instability and individual emotional distresses.  My heart’s desire is to walk with you through those difficulties in a way that promotes personal healing and provides insights for greater clarity and purposeful living. As a Christian Counselor I practice from a holistic approach incorporating proven counseling theories, my own diverse professional and personal life experiences, and foundational biblical teachings to help individuals, couples, and families heal, restore, and overcome difficult situations. The Good News is God both desires for us and has Himself provided the avenue to restore relational unity and healing for our body, mind, and soul. (Matt. 11:28-30).
